Move Play Listen and Learn…

incorporates assessment and intervention programmes for learning and behavioural difficulties. We work with a multi-faceted wholistic approach combining movement, concentration exercises, rhythm and painting, play and games, plus sound therapy and neurofeedback techniques.

Our programs…

are based on the premise that difficulties are often due to disruptions in the developmental stages of the first seven years of life. This can result in poor spatial orientation and body awareness, sensory processing challenges, retained early movement patterns, coordination problems and auditory processing difficulties.

Research supports the connection between learning difficulties and early childhood development.

It shows that regular movement, physical activity and sound therapy can help develop neural pathways in the brain through neuroplasticity. Addressing underlying problems with movement, balance, core strength, motor planning and sensory processing regulation supports improvement in capacity for adaptive behaviour skills including academic learning, focus and engagement, problem solving and organizational skills, self-direction skills, everyday practical skills, and social/communication skills.
